Our Services
Shawkes Electric provides licensed residential electrical services across Ahwatukee, Maricopa and the East Valley. Submitting an estimate request does not create a binding contract; it is a request for us to contact you with a quote.
Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are provided for informational purposes and may change based on an in-person assessment, measurements, material availability, and job site conditions. A final price and scope are confirmed in a written quote or agreement before work begins.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Business identity. These SMS terms are provided by Shawkes Electric LLC, a licensed electrical contractor serving Ahwatukee, Maricopa and the East Valley. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our estimate request form, you agree to receive automated SMS text messages from Shawkes Electric LLC. These messages may include estimate confirmations, quotes, scheduling updates, and appointment reminders.
Opt-out & support. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (602) 879-5489. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@shawkeselectric.com or (602) 879-5489.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency & rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service. You may opt out at any time without affecting your ability to receive services from Shawkes Electric LLC. Mobile information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. This SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable federal and state regulations.

Your Responsibilities

Workmanship and Warranty
Any warranty on materials or workmanship is described in your written quote or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on electrical and hardware are passed through as provided by the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shawkes Electric is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the related service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
